The view through the large windows is magnificent, and the terrace here in this elevated position overlooking St Anton is simply wonderful. The cuisine deserves a special mention: Modern yet rooted in classic culinary tradition, it delivers the highest quality through innovative creations. Sophisticated details and harmonious flavour contrasts are showcased in dishes such as calf sweetbreads with crunchy, nutty amaranth, barbecued red peppers and braised apricots, as well as saffron hollandaise and veal head jus.
