This outdoor restaurant at the luxury hotel ‘The Dolder Grand’ is a fantastic terraced garden on the 3rd floor of the modern extension. The individual terraced islands on the edge of the forest are idyllic, where you can sit surrounded by vegetable patches, fruit bushes, herbs and flowers. The eye-catcher in this green setting is a huge red sculpture by the artist Keith Haring. The idea for this interesting concept came from Heike Nieder, who, together with her dedicated team led by sous-chef Robin Briner, offers vegan cuisine that is modern and seasonal, such as ‘Tomato and strawberry salad with peperoncini and pumpkin seeds’ or ‘Cabbage roulade with herbs and shallot and caraway jus’. Dishes à la carte or the ‘Chef's Choice’ menu with four to six courses are available. Please note: The restaurant is open from May to September and only in good weather - your table will be cancelled if it rains.
