RaaSa's menu is bright, refined and expansive as it meanders through the myriad Indian regions.
Kick things off with an order of bhel puri, a palate-pleasing combination of sweet, spicy and tart that is a popular street snack. Coconut rice, garlic naan and raita make delicious accompaniments to the likes of lamb curry in a tomato-based curry that balances sweet and savory with notes of sweet onion, garlic and a subtle gingery kick. If that doesn't leave you wanting more, desserts like kulfi falooda garnished with vermicelli, tapioca seeds and rose syrup, will do the trick. Drinks are equally strong, but there's no going wrong with the creamy mango lassi.
