Vegetables delivered from nearby farms are used in salads and soups. Also unique are the desserts made using sake lees and sweet sake. After the meal, a special Japanese tea, Yamatocha, is brewed, extending the magic to the last moment. Pairings with sake sourced directly from the brewery accentuate the cuisine.
