Set within a 230-hectare estate between Sciacca and Agrigento, this amazing resort features an organic farm, two 18-hole golf courses designed by Kyle Phillips, several indoor and outdoor pools — both freshwater and mineral — nearly 2 km of private beach, tennis courts, a 4,000-square-metre spa, eight restaurants offering everything from Sicilian to Japanese cuisine, and four bars. In short, while relaxation is more than welcome here, boredom is out of the question.

As in all Rocco Forte Hotels, the interiors are designed by Olga Polizzi, who drew inspiration from local colors and materials to create elegant, welcoming spaces with understated charm. Several of the common areas have recently been restyled, resulting in even fresher and more inviting atmospheres.
