Hotels in caves are rare, but not unheard of; Cave Bianche, however, is the first hotel to be built on the site of a limestone quarry. Its stone structures and its minimalist-chic rooms mirror the straight lines of the quarry’s walls, while the gardens and lawns add organic warmth to the unusual site.
