Perched above the bay of Aiguebelle, Hôtel Les Roches has returned to life as a reimagined Riviera classic. Its 40 rooms and suites sit just above the water, designed as if aboard a ship, with wood paneling, terrazzo, and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. Architect Jean-Baptiste Pietri has restored the century-old landmark with a focus on light, proportion, and material detail, adding a spa and a collection of contemporary art. At L’Oursin, chef Antoine Gras highlights local ingredients in a dining room adorned with murals by Maki Ohkojima, the sea always in sight.
