Once a humble pensione, it is now an adults-only retreat with just 17 rooms, revived by the Maestrelli family with care and an eye for elegance. Expect breezy coastal interiors, Santa Maria Novella bath products, and a pool framed by lawns and shady verandas. Breakfast is served on the terrace, and guests have first-row access at a nearby beach club. It is a modern take on the long, slow summers Italians do best.
