At the foot of the snowcapped Andes, vineyards stretch out as far as the eye can see: Mendoza has more than a thousand wineries and nearly as many places to stay. What sets Chozos Resort apart is its striking architecture and its scale. The resort is intimate in size, with just a small collection of dome-shaped “chozos” (cabanas) featuring private terraces and plunge pools, but it sits on one of the largest wine estates in the world.
