Today, it is a peaceful cluster of farm buildings on the South Funen coast, lovingly reimagined as a 26-room inn that helped lay the groundwork for Denmark’s rise in the culinary world. Rooms are all individually styled, some facing the sea, others placed near kitchen gardens. The Michelin-starred restaurant brings together French precision and local Danish produce, while the grounds invite long walks, fireside cocktails, and slow mornings by the coast.
