Located somewhat discreetly on a side street, but very appealing in that it’s right in the historic centre. Here, you can enjoy contemporary Alentejo cuisine, prepared with modern, sophisticated techniques. The menu features à la carte options and two tasting menus that are regularly updated to ensure product freshness. However, there’s one dish that has remained a fixture since the restaurant’s opening: Brás à farinheira (a traditional scrambled dish featuring a local sausage). A suggestion?
