Formerly an architect, the owner has built a retreat, just a short drive from the city, where nature, design, and food come together. The set menus also embrace a concept that highlights the natural flavours of seasonal ingredients mostly imported from Japan. Fresh veggies and seafood are simply, but meticulously prepared and artfully plated, without heavy seasoning or complicated techniques. Vegetarian set menu available with prior notice.
