This informal bistro-style eatery, where elegance has been put to one side, bears the indelible stamp of the Sandoval brothers who enjoy rave reviews daily for their famous two-Michelin-star restaurant Coque located nearby. Here, the emphasis is on traditional cooking (“migas” with free-range egg, “fighting bull” tartare with old-style mustard etc) and seasonal ingredients, plus a menu that covers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
