Make a stop at this establishment on a small square in the city centre. The interior is inviting, with its warm decor of untreated wooden floorboards, fabrics and vintage porcelain. Marine and Baptiste Fournier put their hearts into serving particularly polished cuisine, showcasing fish sourced from the market and vegetables from farmers. "We do everything that is helpful, reasonable and responsible to showcase our territory, its producers and our work. Hyper-local supplies from committed market gardeners, with a policy of absolute seasonality for vegetables and fruit, which are mostly organic; wild harvesting; small-scale and responsible coastal fishing sourced directly; recycling; repurposing of organic waste into compost; groceries bought in bulk, without packaging; micro-filtered water."
