• Please note: Hotel will be undergoing upgrading works in the lobby area from 17th July to 16th Aug 2025, 10am to 6pm. There may be some construction noises from Mon to Fri during working hours, and quieter works will occur on the weekends.
• Eligible Plus bookings: Two complimentary food and/or beverage voucher at nearby outlets will be provided per stay to bookings for PLATINUM Suite & WOLO Suite, while bookings for other room types will receive one voucher per stay.

• 1. CHILD POLICY
• Children below 12 years old get to stay complimentary with existing bedding. If require breakfast for child below 12 years, there will be additional RM 15 per child per day.
• Extra bed is subject to availability with applicable charges, only Platinum Suite and WOLO Suite can accommodate extra bed requests.
• Baby cot (for 6 months and below) / playpen (for 3 years and below) is limited and based on a first-come, first serve basis without charges.

• 2. EXTRA BED POLICY
• Extra bed is available upon request only and subject to availability.
• Only Platinum Suite and WOLO Suite can accommodate extra bed request.
• Extra bed can be provided with additional charges of RM100.00 nett per bed per night (1 extra bed only) / RM 125.00 nett per bed per night (1 extra bed & 1 breakfast).

• 3. BREAKFAST
• Hotel serves packed breakfast with a limited menu, and it will be delivered to the guest room at the preferred time (in between 8am - 10:30am).

• 4. TOURISM TAX
• Tourism tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room per night applies for non-Malaysians. Malaysians with MyKad and permanent residents of Malaysia with MyPR will be exempted.

• 5. SECURITY DEPOSIT
• No deposit is required for room booking under Copper Room (King/Twin) without Window and Gold Room (King/Twin) with Window.
• For Platinum Suite with Window and WOLO Suite with Window, a deposit of MYR 200.00nett per room per stay is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to any miscellaneous expenses incurred during the stay.

• 6. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Early Check-In and Late Check-outs are subject to room availability and occupancy with applicable charges.

• 7. PAYMENT INFORMATION
• All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All reservations require full payment upon confirmation of Booking, and this payment is non-refundable. Payment can be made by Credit Card or Telegraphic Transfer. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Union Pay,TNG eWallet, and AMEX. Credit cards will be charged in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) using the daily BBR (Bankers Buyers Rate).

• 8. PARKING
• For WOLO guests, we do provide valet parking service (managed by a third-party company) at RM30 per car per day for multiple entries.
• Meanwhile, we have arranged an exclusive parking deal at Lot10 with a flat rate of RM 15 per car per entry (valid for 48 hours only). Kindly validate the ticket at our reception counter upon check-out.

• 9. RESPONSIBILITY
• The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or booking made for a customer. The company also reserves the right to decline acceptance or retain any customer if it appears that such person is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others at the hotel. WOLO Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to change the T&C at any time without prior notice.
