When a winemaker from the Côte de Beaune meets a starred chef, you get Prosper! This contemporary bistro in the Château Saint-Aubin is the result of a collaboration between the Prosper Maufoux wine estate and restaurateur Édouard Mignot (restaurant Ed.Em in Chassagne-Montrachet). The chef proposes a modern menu – gnocchi and shiitaké with comté and vin jaune cream; pork fillet mignon with sweetcorn foam, cabbage and bacon... Pleasant terrace with a view of the vineyards.
