Peter Fridén, who also heads up the kitchen at PURS in Andernach, calls his concept "Asian Comfort Food". Serving up sushi and sashimi, as well as dishes such as shoyu ramen, bao chasu and chicken yakitori, he is dedicated to showcasing Far Eastern flavours. Perfectly suited for sharing, these dishes can also be ordered online to take away. The dining space has a chic urban feel, featuring sleek modern design with a Far Eastern touch. The restaurant is located in the historical centre of Andernach right by the boutique hotel Am Ochsentor. Italian trattoria Ai Pero is next door.
