This ‘dinky’ house seats no more than fifteen in a warm interior that blends bare stone walls and contemporary notes. Since 2021, the couple, Margaux, in the kitchen, and Jeremy, in charge of the front-of-house, conjures up a different five-course seasonal surprise menu every month. The à la carte lineup unveils a delicate culinary signature: a new spin on vitello tonnato; vegetarian ceviche and sweet potato fries; fillet of pork lacquered in sesame seeds with black garlic, girolles, aubergine and kohlrabi. Bang-on flavours and sensible prices.
