Highlights include the adults-only Êge Umi for Japanese coastal fare and Ay for bold, fire-kissed Aegean dishes. There are no TVs here, but panoramic views of the Göcek Islands more than fill the frame. Ahãma, meaning “beloved” in ancient Lycian, lives up to its name.
