Sonett offers casual dining based on French cuisine. A large counter surrounds an open kitchen where the chefs can be seen cooking. Here, a variety of dishes are served, from bite-sized morsels to desserts crafted with molecular gastronomy techniques. Cocoa rolls filled with chicken liver mousse topped with truffle and raspberry jam deliver two distinct flavors.
