An absolute highlight here is the location right by the lake! The trendy, elegantly designed restaurant flows seamlessly into the terrace – you can take in the lake view from every table. Two creatively inspired slow food set menus are on offer, one of which is vegan. In addition, the menu features classics, including familiar favourites such as Wiener schnitzel. Regional ingredients underpin it all. The wine list is predominantly Austrian, supplemented by Old World and a few New World wines, as well as a selection of sparkling wines. Stylish guestrooms at the Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden, to which the restaurant is connected via an underground passageway.
