Despite the luxury setting, Jaras retains honest roots. The intimate design draws influence from the Li Thai, Sukhothai era. The restaurant is named after the owner's grandma whose cooking inspired some of the recipes. Today’s chef embraces sustainability, serving a modern showcase of Thai flavours sourced locally, including microgreens grown on-site.
