This charming restaurant in the Rote Wand Gourmet Hotel serves traditional Austrian cuisine at its best, whether it's a perfectly souffléd Wiener schnitzel, delicious buttermilk pancakes or fabulous fondues! Diners can also look forward to cordial service and an extensive and well-curated selection of wines. At lunchtime, only the bistro is open, serving an à la carte menu. In the evening, culinary tradition is showcased in set menus with different options for each course.
"Regional sourcing is central to our cuisine, with 85% of our ingredients coming from the immediate vicinity. But in terms of sustainability, we take significant steps beyond that! We have developed our own sustainability strategy. This encompasses our architecture, our energy production, our strict waste sorting system and our entirely ecological water sourcing. We also try to do right by our employees!"
