The first thing that strikes you is undoubtedly the view: your gaze is lost over the beautiful, peaceful Gulf of Quarnero, framed by a small private olive grove from which an excellent extra virgin olive oil is produced, served with delicious homemade rustic bread. The service is professional, and the wine list, while not extensive, is well-curated, with labels from all over Croatia. To start, we recommend a Tomac Blanc de Noirs, a fresh and characterful sparkling wine. The cuisine is creative and seasonal, and choosing between the 4- or 7-course menu will guide you through the world of Marin, a young chef who offers a technical cuisine with a gourmet touch.
