Set in the prestigious Millenium complex, a state-of-the-art business and conference centre, the elegant Brasserie is helmed by A-grade chef Fabien Foare. It is the go-to place for a power lunch, offering a “Summer Menu” and a “Brasserie Menu”, as well as a wide range of à la carte dishes. Steak tartare prepared tableside to your specifications is one of the house signatures, without forgetting trolleys piled high with cured meats and pastries that will have you drooling from the aperitif to the dessert! A gourmet grocery shop is open in the afternoons, selling wine and some of the chef’s iconic creations, including his addictive house-made chocolates.
