A painting for sea lovers, admired in all its splendor through the dining room’s floor-to-ceiling windows. Behind guests, the open kitchen hosts two chefs – Giuseppe Causarano and Antonio Colombo – who create dishes of surprising quality and creativity, where fresh catch naturally takes center stage. Among the standouts that won us over: smoked spaghetti with butter and anchovies, a dish of exceptional creaminess, aromatics, and intensity. Seemingly simple, it demonstrates excellent technique and is worth the journey alone!
