This restaurant overlooking Salzburg boasts a wonderful location and stunning views. The atmosphere in the pretty wood-panelled dining area is cosy. The cuisine is rooted in the region but also draws on international influences, with a house speciality of Zitronen-Rahm-Herz vom Milchkalb (milk-fed calf's heart in a creamy lemon sauce) featured alongside dishes such as venison yellow curry served with spiced rice. There are set menus, one of which is vegetarian, an à la carte menu and an additional afternoon snack menu – there really is something for everyone. This lovely spot, which is also a favourite among locals, is housed in the hotel of the same name.
