Enthusiastic Pauline and Vincent Da Costa pamper guests with indulgent, mouth-watering dishes. Signatures include melt-in-the-mouth red tuna in a herby seasoning, slightly spicy duck stew paired with house-made agnolotti and a decadent pavlova of rhubarb and non-pasteurised cream to finish.
