A few dozen miles off Korea’s east coast is Ulleungdo, a volcanic island rich in natural grandeur and steep, breathtaking views. Kosmos Ulleungdo is planted like a docked spaceship on the edge of these cliffs, the vision of architect Kim Chan Jung made real in ambitious curves, spirals, and futuristic domes.
