The 30 tranquil guest rooms sit surrounded by the gentle rustle of date palms and combine a respect for the past with modern comforts; there’s a record player and a collection of vinyl to set your own mood, and although the hotel is powered by electricity, the gentle flicker of candlelight from the traditional lanterns feels more atmospheric.
