Turul is primarily a restaurant sitting just by the Holt-Körös River in Szarvas, but it also offers a one-bedroom apartment for overnight stays. The contemporary room takes its design cues from nature, and the real piece of driftwood hanging at the head of the bed was brought by the owners from the nearby riverbank. The spacious bathroom might be the highlight though, it not only features a large double shower, but also a private sauna. Outside there’s a terrace and garden, and if you want a more immersive experience in nature, there are plenty of hiking trails nearby.
