This bistro with a contemporary atmosphere, with the kitchen visible behind the bar, is run by Fran Rascado, a young chef who, with the name of the restaurant, seeks to pay a small tribute to his grandfather and the trade he had separating discarded fish. He offers a modern and varied cuisine, based on produce from the local market and market garden, which incorporates both French and Asian touches. A standout dish?
