In this iteration, the chef carries us on a voyage around the world through the “Sabores da Descoberta” tasting menu (“Flavours of Discovery”), proposing dishes that highlight the traces the Portuguese left on different continents—Africa, Asia and the Americas—fused with Portuguese flavours.
