Chef Ricardo Temiño’s restaurant, located next to the San Juan civic centre, boasts an elegantly minimalist interior which provides the backdrop for high-quality contemporary cuisine teeming with flavour and inspired by traditional and international recipes. The à la carte includes an option to order small plates and dishes for sharing, enabling guests to discover many different dishes. This is complemented by a constantly changing menu called Temporada (Season), which is only available for lunch from Tuesday to Friday. An adjoining dining space (Ricardo Temiño), but with the same entrance, offers more personal, sophisticated and gastronomic cuisine.
