The restaurant itself boasts chic modern interior design and a down-to-earth atmosphere, all within a gorgeous historical setting. – think high ceilings, a gallery level and grand arched windows. The centrepiece is the open kitchen with its adjoining food bar, which also serves as a chef's table. The menu is completely different at lunchtime – their "easy lunch" concept caters to business people and museum visitors with freshly prepared yet simpler dishes.
