This is a substantial Provençal wine estate, an hour inland from the Côte d’Azur, featuring a one-MICHELIN-Star restaurant, a Cinq Mondes spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a perfectly lovely 34-room luxury hotel. The rooms and suites are extremely comfortable and are decorated in a style that’s roughly two parts traditional and one part contemporary-boutique, all in handsome Provençal colors.
