In this bright, modern setting with high ceilings, polished cement floors and wood-clad walls, chef Oscar Bosch, who arrived in Brazil in 2009 having worked in leading restaurants in his native Spain such as El Bulli and El Celler de Can Roca, offers Mediterranean cuisine which he adapts to Brazilian tastes via refined technique and elaborate presentation. While tapas and a variety of rice dishes are an integral part of his identity, you can also enjoy other delicious options such as croquetas, patatas bravas and, as a main course, the classic roast suckling pig, cooked at low temperature and served with a velvety roasted carrot purée.
