If the prospect of a voyage to explore the flavours and charming ambience of the Aegean islands sounds appealing, this restaurant will fit the bill with its fresh and bright decor typical of a restaurant on the delightful island of Santorini, thanks to its attractive plants and relaxed blue and white colour scheme. The menu includes classic Greek dishes, the personality of which are enhanced by flavours from other Mediterranean countries. Start, perhaps with the truffle egg with a potato foam, mushroom ragu and Grana Padano tuile, followed by a choice of dishes from the land or sea, such as the traditional moussaka or the tender octopus served with a fantastic roast cauliflower cream, macadamia vinaigrette and broccoli.
