MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Perched atop a striking modern building, this funky, industrial-style restaurant has the unusual distinction of being located above a Harley Davidson dealership. It's equally appealing to non-bikers though, as the impressive roof terrace is an ideal spot to sip cocktails while watching the sunset. Inside, every table has a view into the 360° kitchen, where creative, ambitious dishes are inspired by local culinary traditions but presented in picture-perfect modern forms.
