Located on the ground floor of the NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding hotel, Casa De Comidas bears the quality hallmark of chef Rafa Zafra (who is also at the helm of the Estimar restaurants). His cuisine interprets traditional Mediterranean dishes with a focus on seasonality and top-quality ingredients, and is complemented by the eatery’s signature dishes (pasta, stews, top-notch fish and seafood) plus a good selection of options that don’t feature on the menu. Everything is excellent here, although the creamy Iberian ham croquettes and baked wild sea bass with “patatas panaderas” particularly stood out. The superb home-made dessert trolley provides a fitting finale.
