Foodies, a sumptuous feast awaits this Lunar New Year at Resorts World Sentosa.

Chinese New Year is nothing without culinary extravagance and Resorts World Sentosa is priming up for a bash to serve up not just fine dining renditions of seasonal favourites but also bringing in a whopping 8,888 lobsters across its multitude of restaurants.

Yusheng Must-Haves
Local Celebrity Chef Sam Leong’s one-Michelin-starred restaurant Forest森 will be serving up a feast for the palate as much as it is for the eyes. Go for a classic and order up the signature salmon yu sheng which comes with a refreshing array of fruit like melons, apples and pomelo offset with crispy whitebait and brought together with a burst of citrus from the yuzu dressing.

Over at Michelin Guide-listed Feng Shui Inn, three different types of yusheng dishes are on hand. Choose the Longevity “Lo Hei” with tuna sashimi, quail eggs, black truffle and caviar or the fortune salmon “Lo Hei” with sweet corn if you’re health conscious. Those feeling a little more adventurous can also opt for the sweet and savoury ikan parang “Lo Hei” with sweet corn and Spanish ham.

Yusheng at both restaurants will be available from 13 January to 11 February 2017.
