Open for dinner (only!), Martin and Fleur craft colourful, flavoursome Mediterranean and Provençal cuisine, presented in several tasting menus, starring ingredients such as green asparagus from Mallemort, line-caught fish direct from local boats, strawberries from Hyères… As you might expect, the vision of the sun gently setting over the glittering horizon is truly spectacular!
