Those familiar with the group’s other restaurants will instantly recognize the fierce seasoning levels and stylish, ornate presentations, which often include large Le Creuset Dutch ovens. The commitment to quality is evident in highlights like roasted bone marrow with peppercorn sauce and coconut pao or the seabass fish curry.
