This is as true of the natural environment as it is of the luxurious Fiocco di Neve Relais & Spa, set right in the heart of the village. Behind its classic stone-and-timber façade is a hotel that adapts traditional Alpine style to the luxury boutique hotel era; the rooms and suites are as notable for their clean lines as for their knotted pine. The spa is a thoroughly impressive one, and White, the restaurant and lounge, serves classic Piedmontese flavors alongside Italian wines.
