A fizzing energy and positive vibe emanate from both the open kitchen and the happy diners, filling an eye-catchingly designed room that feels like the perfect place to kick off the evening with a cocktail or two. The seasonal menu opens with playful snacks such as fried sage leaves drizzled in heather honey and chilli, followed by larger dishes that push quality British produce to the fore.
