The name of this restaurant housed in the Araba Fenice hotel comes from Brescia’s local dialect and pays tribute to Lake Iseo, breathtaking views of which can be enjoyed from the restaurant terrace. At the helm in the kitchen, talented chef Carlo Spina (originally from Naples) harmoniously combines influences from Campania with local culinary traditions. Among the many dishes that impressed us for their flavour and presentation, we particularly enjoyed the stuffed squid.
