A reinvented dining option that has taken on a new lease of life and name, the latter a combination of the Japanese words for family (kazoku) and olive tree (Orību). The cuisine here, which remains faithful to the traditions of Japanese cooking, is centred around two menus that need to be ordered in advance (Kazoku and Ka-Oru) and can either be enjoyed at the counter while watching the sushi chefs at work, or at one of the three tables. Options include top-notch nigiri, fresh wasabi, top-quality tuna etc. There’s also an interesting nod to local cuisine, such as the delicious Katsu Sando (a type of Japanese sandwich) filled with pork head.
