Sophie Gigot and Nicolas Septon have entirely refurbished their characterful establishment. The infectious friendly vibe is intact, thanks in particular to the lovely patio in the greenhouse. Chef Nicolas crafts dishes in tune with nature that respect both the seasons and his region, through subtle, creative recipes.
"For us, sustainability implies leaving as little trace of our time on earth as possible and working in an upward spiral. This means that we source all our produce exclusively from local suppliers, who breed their animals whilst respecting the environment, and that we use every part of each ingredient and recycle any leftovers."
