The regulars at Oilje return for one dish: the perilla seed miyeok-guk. The clean broth and nutty perilla seeds pair perfectly to create a flavorful soup. The simple banchan like the soy sauce for dipping the miyeok, nakji-jeotgal, and gat kimchi, which complement the freshly cooked rice, create a balanced meal.
