Accommodation is split across the boutique 16-room hotel and the six private villas, all built in the style of a contemporary Tuscan home with stone walls, exposed beams, and layers of tactile natural materials for a cozy finish. Restaurant aEstivum is rooted in the local terroir, including the land surrounding the hotel, which is home to Zornitza’s own eco-farm and winery. And as the remote location is the perfect setting to switch off, the spa offers a complete wellbeing experience with its indoor pool, fitness room, sauna, steam room and more, plus a mix of treatments including facials by cult French beauty brand Biologique Recherche and body treatments using local plants, honey and volcanic mud.
